Nurtured Medical are pleased to announce the next round of our Parents’ Group.

19th & 26th November, 3rd & 10th December 2026

Location: Birth Time The Village, 6 Reserve St Annandale

What to expect:

Each week we will be joined by different postpartum professionals to share their wisdom and insights on maternal and infant health and to answer any questions you may have. In September, we are fortunate to be joined by:

• Dr Eliza of Nurtured Medical: a GP, IBCLC and Possums NDC Accredited practitioner, to discuss infant sleep and settling;

• Mazz Napier of The Bond Wellbeing: a Postpartum Doula and Infant Massage Instructor, who will be teaching baby massage;

• Kelly Suggate from Papaya Clinic: a certified practicing nutritionist, with a special interest in the health of mothers, who will discuss the foundations of maternal nutrition in the postpartum period;

• Monique Pickles of Mond Women: a yoga teacher with a special interest in supporting women through all the life stages, who will guide the group through gentle postpartum yoga

• Ashley Wilson from Phlox Postpartum: a mother of two, postpartum doula, and breath and nervous system coach, who will lead a gentle mindfulness and breathwork session

Cost: Although our event is free for participants, we ask that you register via the booking link (places limited) and let us know if you cannot make it one week so we can offer your place to another keen participant.
