Nurtured Medical was founded by Doctor Eliza Hannam to provide holistic and tailored care to women and children with medical, sleep and feeding advice that is evidenced based and realistic.

The Nurtured Medical team is made up of 9 practitioners - Dr Eliza Hannam, Dr Ali Hodgkinson, Dr Melissa Tang, Dr Laavanya Aruneswaran, Dr Aditi Mahajan, Dr Hiba Gundru, Holly Swinnerton, Louise Kenneally and Lauren Downes.

The Practice offers select feeding, sleep and GP appointments to provide the gold standard of care during preconception pregnancy, postpartum and early parenthood. Our practitioners are all qualified International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) or currently completing their IBCLC qualification.

Appointments are offered in person at our Leichhardt , via telehealth consultations and home visits across Sydney (including the Northern Beaches, North Shore, Inner West, Sutherland Shire and Eastern Suburbs. Home visits to other areas may also be possible, on request.)

The team also provides education through workshops held in person and online for parents and as well as professional workshops for other practitioners.

Our Avalon clinic has now closed however, Dr Ali continues to offer Telehealth and home visit appointments.
